Waterbury Forest Home Owners Association

About Us

Waterbury Forest Homeowners Association, Inc. (WFHA) was chartered in 2009.

WFHA seeks to preserve and enhance the community in a variety of ways, including developing and maintaining procedures for improvements over time using cost-effective methods, preserving lake and green space, and supporting positive community interaction through social events and other means.

The mission of WFHA is to achieve our vision through effective cost management and sound investment of community funds for the entire community’s common good. We uphold our covenants to maintain and promote the natural landscape, including green space, and wooded areas, to preserve, protect and maintain the neighborhood aesthetics, be responsive to community initiatives, and strive to support common areas that contribute to maintaining property values.

WFHA represents and serves the interests of the property owners within the planned unit development. The Association is led by a Board of Directors, operates under the direction of the legal covenants of the corporate charter, enforces the legal governing documents of the HOA. We are charged with ensuring the long-term interests of the overall community and to protect the quality of life and the value of the individual properties.
